This class is suitable for all students, with beginners and those with some experience practicing together. Expect classes that emphasizes standing poses to build strength, stamina, and balance - always offered with modifications. This hybrid class will introduce the basic preparation for inversions (again with modifications, as well) and is also a good choice for experienced students looking to work on building a strong foundation in the Iyengar method.
