  • For those who prefer a slower pace and an easier-going practice. Structured use of props also means that this class is appropriate for those recovering from illness or injury who want to ease back into practicing. The second half of the practice is devoted to supported, recuperative yoga poses to calm the nerves and quiet the mind.
